Call to Action to End Obesity
First Focus cosponsored the Campaign to End Obesity's Health Policy and Fitness Fair on Capitol Hill, taking place on May 16, 2008. At this event, the Campaign released a new report titled "A Call to Action." The report puts forth an aggressive strategy for turning around the American obesity epidemic and demands federal legislation to curb the obesity trend among adults and youth.
