A brief set of talking points recommended for use by state advocates to connect successful implementation of the Affordable Care Act with a track-record of success covering uninsured children through CHIP and Medicaid. These talking points were build in partnership with state advocates and designed to give advocates flexibility to adapt them for their own states' climate and needs.
