Phillip Lovell

Vice President of Education

Phillip Lovell is the Vice President of Education at First Focus. For the past decade, Mr. Lovell has worked on such issues as after-school programs, child care, welfare and youth development. He is currently leading the effort to pass the Federal Youth Coordination Act. Phillip chairs the public policy arm of the National Collaboration for Youth, a coalition of the nation's leading youth development providers. Previously, he served as Director of Public Policy for Camp Fire USA and Policy Coordinator at the National Crime Prevention Council. He is a graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.
