On May 8, 2012, First Focus, Voices for America's Children, and the Maine Children's Alliance sponsored this child welfare funding webinar. Expert Carl Valentine discussed how Title IV-E and Medicaid could be better utilized to improve services and supports for children and families in the child welfare system.
